Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. What this service is
LMS AI is a personal practice tool. You upload question papers and answer keys that you already possess, and we turn them into interactive practice content — questions, answers, AI tutoring, and analytics — for your own study only. We sell a tool, not content. We never provide exam papers and never show your uploaded content to other users.
2. What you may upload
You may only upload papers you lawfully possess and are entitled to use: your own work, papers the copyright owner has licensed or freely distributed, or material you have permission to use. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use the material this way.
3. What you may not upload
You may not upload: (a) live, unreleased, or embargoed examination papers; (b) confidential or unpublished marking schemes; (c) student scripts or documents containing the personal data of other individuals (e.g. names, NRIC, contact details); (d) material obtained illegally or in breach of confidence; or (e) any content you do not have the right to use. Breach of this section may result in removal of the content and termination of your account.
4. Privacy and ownership of your uploads
Uploaded papers are private to your account by default. They are never shared with other users, never added to the shared question pool, and never republished. Derived content (extracted questions, explanations, variants, analytics) is generated for your account only. You may delete any upload at any time; deleting your account wipes your uploads and derived content.
5. Copyright and takedown
We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid notices. If you are a rights holder and believe content uploaded to this service infringes your copyright, submit a notice through our takedown page — provide your contact details, identification of the work, and the reason you believe the use is unauthorised. We will review and remove infringing content promptly. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be terminated.
6. AI output and accuracy
Extracted questions, answers, explanations, and analytics are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. They are provided as-is for practice purposes and are not a substitute for official materials or professional advice. Always verify answers against your own sources.
7. Fair use and acceptable conduct
You agree not to use the service to circumvent licensing, redistribute content to third parties, scrape or bulk-extract content, or otherwise abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, subject to refund of any unused subscription period.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will ask you to review and accept the revised terms before you continue using the service.
